Lynwood Projects commenced business when Arnold Weerts started building for his own account in 1994.

As a company specialising in additions and alterations, Lynwood Projects started off building one house in Oakbridge Village, Somerset-West. This was followed by contract building in Tableview where twenty-one houses were built for Bellandia in Woods and Raats-Drive. A further thirty apartments were completed for Bellandia in Kenilworth.

 

  • In Stellenbosch, Lynwood Projects constructed twenty-two houses in Jonkerspark.
  • Lynwood Projects erected several houses on the Erinvale Golf Estate, Somerset-West.
  • Lynwood Projects finished thirty-one upmarket houses in Vygeboord Village, Durbanville. A further six houses of forty-one were built in Verona Villas, Durbanville.
  • Lynwood Projects constructed a further 76 apartments in Observatory, which were completed at the end of 1999.
  • In August 1999 we began the revamping of the Stelmark shopping centre in Stellenbosch.
